About the event
Learn to correct way to sharpen, store, clean your knives. We will then move on to the basic of holding each knife and cutting vegetables for a stir fry to enjoy after class! Studnets are encouraged to bring their own knives, knives will be avalible to use as well. Aprons are provided.
